Prices are per person, per night, plus tax. Based on the nightly rate as indicated by date.
Children under the age of 6 are free and between the ages of 6 to 12 are 50% of the adult rates.
Transportation is not included. Airport transfers are $50 per person one way or $100 round-trip. Transportation costs can be discounted 50% for more than 6 people in one transportation route.
Not included: 13% tax. Gratuities. Alcohol. Excursions and excursion transportation. Additional meals or group catered gatherings. Spa services at The Spa at Recreo. Boat and additional amenities added in the future.
Minimums:
**Nightly bookings are 7-nights minimum during the Christmas holiday season and minumum number of guests per villa equal to the maximum occupancy.
Two (2) individuals per villa.
One person minimum per suite

Mountain and Bay views from private balconies
Private pool
A dedicated chef and private full kitchen
Premium food package that includes 3 meals a day and snacks tailored to taste
A housekeeper for daily service, if desired
Private spa bathrooms with Raw Botanical100% organic shampoo and body wash bath products, 100% organic over-sized bath towels, linens, and hair dryers.
Concierge services to plan and set up on site activities that can include full use of kayaks, horses, mountain bikes, snorkeling etc
Chauffeured transportation in an electric golf cart to explore the estate (Our one bedroom villa offers a private golf cart – without chauffer).
Full access to on-site fitness center and tennis courts
Included with each suite:
Premium food package that includes 3 meals per day, non-alcoholic beverages and snacks served in the main dining room or poolside.
Optional in-suite breakfast service and private dinner at the Mountain Top Lookout.
Private housekeeper for daily service (laundry service included as well).
Use of pool, kitchen, living and dining areas of main house.
Mountain and bay views from villa pool and courtyard.
Concierge services to arrange on- and off-site activities.
In suite amenities include plasma screens, satellite TV, iPod Hook Ups, CD and DVD players and mini fridge.
